Product Questions
What can I grate?
Garlic, ginger, citrus zest, hard cheese, nutmeg, chocolate, spices, and many firm fruits and vegetables. Visit the How It Works guide for technique.
Should the grater be wet or dry?
Lightly wet it for garlic, ginger, roots, and moist ingredients. Keep it dry for hard cheese, spices, nuts, and chocolate.
How do I clean it?
Use a brush to clear the ceramic ridges, then wash with warm, soapy water or place the ceramic piece on the top rack of the dishwasher.
