Method

  1. Lightly wet the grater and grate the garlic into a smooth paste.

Method

Method

  1. Add everything to a jar with a tight lid.

Method

Method

  3. Cook on high 3 to 4 hours or low 5 to 6 hours.
  4. Spoon sauce over the chicken and finish with sesame seeds and green onion.

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mustard powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 jalapeno, grated or finely minced
  • 12 ounces hot sauce
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Method

  1. Toss wings with the dry spices and chill 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Grill over medium-high heat until crisp and cooked through.
